Founded by Elizabeth Scokin, former couture model, event planner, writer and gourmet cook.   In 2006 she looked to create aprons for the art of stylish entertaining from Paris
to Palm Beach, in custom designs made from ball gown
​and cocktail dress fabrics, lined in satin.  Her aprons have been featured on Oprah, in Glamour, Domino, USA Today, Ocean Drive, and many other luxurious fashion publications and websites.
